AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINA CE NO. 128 OF THE VILLAGE OF
MEDINA RELATING TO THE MUNICIi'AL SEWER AND WATER SYSTEMS
OF THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VI LADE OF MEDINA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: SECTION 7 OF ORDINA CE NO. 128 IS HEREBY AMENDED BY
THE ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING:
Section7. 0/71 Adjustment of Charges.
Subd. 1. The Village Council may by resolution adjust any of the
charges set forth in Section 7 hereof, upon recommendation of the Village
Engineer or other employees of the Village, based upon the actual costs to
the Village, of the service and faciliti-s being provided.
Subd. 2. The provisions of t e preceding subdivision notwithstanding,
the Village Council may be resolution adjust the charges made hereunder to
any person, firm or corporation, upo recommendation of The Village Engineer
or other employees of the Village, ba- ed upon the degree or extent of treatment
required before such sewage is introd ced into the Municipal Sewer System.
SECTION 2: SECTION 10.25 OF ORDNANCE NO. 128 IS AMENDED BY THE
ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING:
Section 10.25 D. The Village Counci may by resolution adjust the charges
for the use of Water as set forth in this Section.
SECTION 3: THIS ORDINANCE SHAL BE EFFECTIVE UPON ADOPTION
AND PUBLICATION.
