ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES TO CHECKING AND
SAVINGS ACCOUNTS FOR THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
PARK DISTRICT.
Be it ordained by the board of directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District as follows:
Section 1. The authorized signatories to checking
accounts of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District shall be
those of any two of the following three officers: The President,
the General Manager, the Administrative Secretary.
Section 2. The signatories for savings accounts of
the Midpeninsula Regional Park District shall be any one of
the above three officers, provided that funds from any savings
account shall be payable only to a checking account of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District.
This ordinance shall be published once within 30 days
after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation printed,
published and circulated in the district.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the board of directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District on June 26, , 1973,
at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: Five (5)
