A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING MR. DAN ARRIGHI AS TEMPLE
CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR
CONTROL DISTRICT FOR A TERM OF OFFICE ENDING ON
JANUARY 1, 2004
WHEREAS, the City Council may appoint any qualified elector of the City of Temple City
as the City's representative on the Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Dan Arrighi has served the City of Temple City in this capacity since
January 4, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby thanks Mr. Arrighi for his service to the City during
his first term on the District's Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Arrighi has expressed his desire to be re- appointed to the District Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Mr. Dan Arrighi as its
representative on the Board of Trustees for the District for a period ending January 1, 2004; and
SECTION 2. Such appointment is made at the pleasure of the City Council and may
be revoked at any time upon adoption of a Resolution by the City Council taking such action.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 18th day of December, 2001.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby certify that Resolution No. 01 -4056 was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City held on the 18th day of
December, 2001. It was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of
December, 2001 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman - Souder, Vizcarra, Zovak, Gillanders, Wilson
NOES: Councilman -None
ABSENT: Councilman -None
