A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF A "CITY INSPECTOR/
BUILDING INSPECTOR/BUILDING OFFICIAL/ZONING ADMINISTRATOR"
WHEREAS, the Utah Code Annotated 1953, which is amended under
Moab Municipal Ordinance, addresses various duties and powers to be
bestowed upon a "City Inspector", a "Building Inspector", a
"Building Official", and a "Zoning Administrator"; and
WHEREAS, Thomas A. Stocks, Moab City Mayor has appointed Peter
Johnson to these four positions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City Council
that the appointment of Peter Johnson as "City Inspector/Building
Inspector/ Building Official/Zoning Administrator" to be referred
to as "Building Official/Zoning Administrator" is hereby confirmed.
DONE IN OPEN COUNCIL THIS 17th day of December
