AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES C NTRACT FOR
McMANIMON & SCOTLAND, LL '
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret, ("Borough"), is in ne d of specialized legal
services with regard to the defense of the matter of ITvII of arteret v, Borough of
Carteret, Tax COllft of New Jersey, Docket Nos. 4234-20 5, 5321-2005, 3887-
2006 and 6140-2006; and
WHEREAS, McManimon & Scotland, LLC, possess t e requisite skill and
expertise to provide such specialized legal services; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Attorney has recommende
MeManimon & Scotland, LLC, to defend the Borough 0
rate of$195.00, not to exceed a maximum cost of$15,000.
