RESOLUTION NO. 02 -4061
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 53533 AND PROVISIONAL
PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT TO SUBDIVIDE THE PROPOSED SITE INTO
SEVEN (7) SINGLE FAMILY LOTS TO BE SERVED BY A COMMON
DRIVEWAY (PRIVATE STREET) OFF OF AVON AVENUE FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6161 -6209 AVON AVENUE (CHEN /JONG)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed hearing before the City Council and upon
facts contained in the staff report, as well as information and testimony contained in the Planning
Commission minutes and the Planning Commission staff report dated December 11, 2001; the City Council
hereby approves a Tentative Subdivision Map based upon the findings and subject to the conditions
contained in the Planning Commission Resolution No. 01- 1999PC.
SECTION 2. This project should not result in significant effects upon the environment and a
Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the State CEQA Guidelines. The initial
statement as prepared indicates there is no potential for adverse impact to the environment generally and
specifically as it relates to all wild animals, birds, plants, fish, amphibians, and related ecological
communities, including the habitat upon which the wildlife depends for its continued viability.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Tentative Tract Map No. 53533 and Provisional Plan 01 -1471 are hereby
approved; said approved Subdivision Map shall permit one single - family dwelling on each of the proposed
seven single - family residential lots to be served by a private driveway. Said approval shall be subject to all
conditions as set forth in the Planning Commission Resolution. Said approval shall also be subject to the
Planning Commission and City Council review and approval of a Precise Plan of the RPD Project.
SECTION 4. The Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and
enter it into the book of original resolutions.
