AUTHORIZI'\'C EXECUTION OF LOAN AGREEMENT
ßETWEEl'ì BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND THE STATE
OF NEW JERSEY BY AND FOR THE DEI)ART:\IENT
OF PíVIRONMY\TAL PI~OTECTION
THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE BOROl'GH OF CARTERET desires to further
the public interest by obtaining a loan from the State of ,,"cw Jersey in the amount of
$300,000.00 to fund the dredging and restoration of Carteret Pam].
THEREFORE, THE GOVERI\II\C BODY RESOLVES that Daniel J. Reiman or the
successor to the office of f\,layor IS authorized (a) to execute a Joan agreement \vith the
state for a loan an amount nOI more than $3UO,()()O.OO, and (b) to execute any
amenùments hereto.
THE l\lA YOR\I\D COUI\CIL OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
AUTHORIZES AND HEREBY AGREES to complete the dredging and restoration
project and reimburse the state in accordance with the tcn11$ and conditions of the Joan
agn:cment.
THE BOROllGH OF CARTERET A(;REFS to comply with all applieahle federal,
state and III UlliClpal laws, rules and règu]atioll ill iTS performance pursuant to the
agreement.
