AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR SPECIALIZED
LEGAL SERVICE SWInT REGARD TO THE DEFENSE OF THE MATTER OF
IMI OF CARTERET V BOROUGH OF CARTEREL TAX COURT OF NEW JERSEY,
DOCKET NOS. 4234-2005, 5321-2005, 3887-2006 & 6140-2006.
NOT TO EXCEED $ I 5,000.00.
According to thc terns set forth in the Resolultion.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in
Resolution
