AUTHORIZING REFUND OF T AX AND/OR SE
FEES OVERI'AYMENT
\VHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Cafteret has reviewed the Ro Is and detenninerl that
certain monies are due and payable by the Borough of Carteret to certain esidents and property
owners within the Borough of Cartercl, as a result of an overpayment of Tax s And/or Sewer Fees,
and
\VHEREAS, the Tax Collector recornmends the inm1ediate reimbursemen of the excess Funds
currently collected by the Borough of Carteret to certain enumerated individual ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the M yor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey: th the Tax Cullector is
Authorized to immediately refund and pay the overpayment of Taxes And/ or Sewer Fees to the
Individuals and property owners of the specific properties listed below and/or a tached hereto
