WHEREAS, the Borough previously awarded a contract for work to b perfonned with
regard the Roosevelt A venue Sewer Improvements project; and
·WHEREAS, in order to make the necessary repairs with regard to the same it has
become necessary for the Borough to temporarily close Roosevelt A v nue from Edwin
Street to McKinley Avenue during the tenn of the Roosevelt Avenue Sewer
Improvements project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Counc I of the Borough
of Cm1eret that Roosevclt Avenue from Edwin Street to McKinley venue is hereby
temporarily closed during the tem1 of the Roosevelt A venue Sew r Improvements
project.
Adopted this 26th day of October, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 27, 2006.
