ORDINANCE NO. 661
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE
PROPERTY BEING PLATTED AS MEADOW VIEW COMMONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City has received a request to subdivide and rezone the property legally
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto (the "Property").
Section 2. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the portion of the Property depicted in Exhibit B from Rural
Residential -Urban Reserve (RR-UR) to the Mid -Density Residential (R3).
Section 3. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the portion of the Property described and depicted in Exhibit C from
Rural Residential -Urban Reserve (RR-UR) to the Rural Commercial Holding (RCH) district.
Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication and the recording of the plat.
Section 6. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the
appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to reflect the change in
zoning classifications as set forth above upon recording of the Meadow View Commons plat.
