"A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF MARCUS, IOWA EMPLOYEE
HANDBOOK"
WHEREAS, The City of Marcus has amended the Employee Handbook regarding
seat belt personnel policies: and
WHEREAS,The City Council feels it is in the best interest of the City and the City
employees to have a written policy regarding personnel policies:
WHEREAS,The City of Marcus desires to establish the terms and conditions of
employment and employees; and,
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marcus,
Iowa:
That the City of Marcus Employee Handbook be amended as the basis for seat
belt personnel policies regarding employees of the City of Marcus.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of August 2023.
