RESOLUTION NO. 02 -4071
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A ZONE VARIANCE TO ALLOW A
100 FOOT WIDE LOT TO BE SUBDIVIDED INTO A FLAG LOT AND
APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 26281 FOR A PROPERTY IN
THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R -1) ZONE LOCATED AT 4935
BALDWIN AVENUE (MURREY /MACKAY) (TPM 26281/ZVO2 -1486)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the Staff Report to the City Council and
information contained in the Staff Report to the Planning Commission as well as the minutes from the
Planning Commission meeting and based upon testimony received at a noticed hearing before the City
Council on March 19, 2002, the City Council hereby approves the requested Tentative Parcel Map and Zone
Variance to allow a flag lot subdivision of a 100 -foot wide lot based upon the findings and subject to the
conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 02- 2005PC.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, Zone Variance 02 -1486 and Tentative Parcel Map 26281 is approved,
subject to all conditions contained in the Planning Commission Resolution No. 02- 2005PC dated February
26, 2002.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it
into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 19th day of March, 2002.
