RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED S "SSION
WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Çhapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certai !' circumstances; and
WHERAS, this public body is of the opinion that such c rcumstances presently
exists;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ma or and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New ], <'-sey, as follows:
