APPROVING FINAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION- JASO ABELLO
WHEREAS, the Borough has previously served a Preliminary Notic of Disciplinary
Action ("Preliminary Notice"), dated August 10, 2006, against one 0 its employees,
Jason Abello; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Abello did not request a hearing on the charges as utlined in the
Preliminary Notice; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has detennined to sustain the charges as s t forth in the
Prcliminary Notice and proceed with a Final Notice of Disciplinary ction accordingly.
1. That the charges set forth in the Preliminary Notice 0
Action, dated August 10, 2006, with regard to Jason

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Co ncil of the Borough
of Calieret as follows:

to issue a Final Notice of Disciplinary Action sustaini g the
aforementioned charges and accordingly providing fo the termination of
Mr. Abello employment with the Borough effective ugust 1,2006.
