PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSl'ER OF SURPLUS FU

WHEREAS, NJ.S.A. 40:4-58 provides for the transfer of surplus
account to the other during the last two months of the calendar year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that transfers be made in the Borough's 2006 budget a propriations in
accordance with the following schedule:
