Re: Proposed Renovations and Addition to the Templeton Residence
Dear Mr. Thrasher:
This is to confirm the meeting with you and Mrs. Rita Taylor, the Town Clerk, yesterday
afternoon to review the proposed addition and renovations to the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Mark
Templeton, 7 Driftwood Landing, my commission number 1504. The submittal reviewed
consisted of the Preliminary Drawings of the Existing/Demolition Plan, the Proposed Floor Plan,
Roof Plan, Elevation and Sections as well as survey and the Site Development Data, as we were
seeking Administrative approval for this Addition of 163.6 square feet.
It is my understanding that with your approval we can move forward with the preparation of
Construction Drawings for submittal to the Town of Gulf Stream for Building Permit. It is
understood also that the roofing material of the Addition must be consistent with the existing
clay barrel tile.
