AN SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT
1607 CHESTER BOULEVARD, RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes the property at 1607 Chester Boulevard as R-2 One Family Residential District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to the R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District and to a Special Use District to allow the use of the property for Administrative/Business
Office or Professional Office,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property described below is hereby changed to a R-3 One to Eight
Family Residence District and to a SU Use District within the R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District to allow the use of the property for Administrative/Business Office or Professional
Office:
Lot Number 17 in Berry Field Subdivision, NW Quarter Section 28, commonly known as 1607 Chester Boulevard, Richmond, Indiana.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of October, 2000, by the Common Council for the City of Richmond, Indiana.
