ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR USE OF MID -
PENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT LANDS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of
the Midpeninsula Regional Park District:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5559 of the Public Resources
Code of California, the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District does hereby
adopt the rules and regulations contained in the
document captioned "Regulations for Use of Mid -
peninsula Regional Park District Lands", a copy
of which is affixed hereto as an exhibit and by
reference is incorporated herein.
Section 2. A copy of this Ordinance and said exhibit shall
be published at least once in a newspaper pub-
lished in Santa Clara County and be effective
from and after May 9, 1975.
