the Borough of Carteret by the Knights of Columbus New Jer ey State Council

WHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to b
members desi gnated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are b

Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Munici al Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Ma I' and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFL; LICENSE to the
applicants;
