RESOLUTION NO. 02 -4086
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION AND DENYING ZONE
VARIANCE 02 -1489, A REQUEST TO ALLOW A 165 SQUARE FOOT
ADDITION TO THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL DENTAL OFFICE WITH SIX (6)
PARKING SPACES (INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED SEVEN (7) PARKING
SPACES). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE GENERAL
COMMERCIAL (C -2) ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council
and information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning
Commission minutes and based upon testimony received at a noticed pubic hearing before the
City Council on June 4, 2002, the City Council upholds the Planning Commission's denial of this
requested Zone Variance based upon the findings contained in Planning Commission Resolution
No. 02 -2008.
SECTION 2. • Accordingly, Zone Variance 02 -1489 is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this Resolution
and enter it into the Book of Original Resolutions.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby certify that Resolution No. 02 -4086 was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City held on the 4th day of
June, 2002. It was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting held on the 4th of June, 2002 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilman - Souder, Wilson, Zovak, Vizcarra, Gillanders
NOES: Councilman -None
ABSENT: Councilman -None
