ORDINANCE N0. 2402-1969
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2325-1968, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance No. 2325-1968,
designates and describes as 0-1 Greenbelt District, the
following described property located in the City of Richmond,
Indiana, to wit:
Pt. OM 415 N.W. Section 33, Township 14 Rl .50A
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change the zoning
classification of the above described area from 0-1 to
C-2.
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, a study of this Ordinance was condu t by the Ric ;d,

SECTION 4. WHEREAS, the vote of the Richmond City Plan Commission was 4�/hi

NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5. It is hereby ordained that the Zoning Classification of the above

Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and all amendments thereto:
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its
passage and publication as by law required.
