SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant, Pat Hill, received approval of his Planned Unit Development Final Plan and Subdivision
Final Plat applications for a new eight (8) unit Planned Unit Development, Phase 1 to consits of five (5)
units as well as the associated development and escrow agreements, for defered infrastructure, from the City
Council on January 11, 2018.
Since recieveing those approvals, there have been minor changes to the escrow agreement (attached)
including utilizing a different title company and replacing an interest bearing account with a non-interest
bearing account. The redlined version is also attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Amended Eagle Lake Escrow Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
