Common Council on
ORDINANCE NO. 2408-1969
An Ordinance fixing Salaries for Appointed Officers and Employees of
the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1,
1970 and ending December 31, 1970, and approving the payment of additional
compensation to certain Appointed Officials of the City, other than
Governmental, who perform services for the City, which services are
connected with the operation of Municipally -owned Utility or Functions.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1970 and ending
December 31, 1970. the following appointed Officers and Employees of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, shalt receive the fallowing salaries:

SECIION 2. Be it further ordained that such salaries be provided for,
as hereinabove set forth, in the budget for the City of Richmond, Indiana,
for the year 1970.
SECTION 3: Be it further ordained that the payment of additional compensa-
tion to certain appointive officials of the City of Richmond, Indiana who
peeform services for the City other than governmental, which are connected
with the operation of Municipally -owned Utilities or functions, the same
as determined and fixed by the administrative authority in control of
the operation of said utilities or function, and after being duly approved
by the Mayor, is hereby approved.
