SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Zoning Map Amendment application to change the zoning designations of 205 Hewitt St., currently zoned
R4 – Low Density Residential, to CV – Civic, as identified in McCall’s Future Land Use Map for purposes
of expanding St. Luke’s McCall Hospital.
The McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission at its February 6, 2018 regularly scheduled meeting
held a properly noticed public hearing and recommended the application for approval by the City Council.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Hold a public hearing.
2. Approve Zoning Map Amendment Application ZON-18-01 Finding and Conclusions as
recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to
sign all necessary documents.
3. Suspend the rules and read by title one time only Ordinance No. _____.
4. Adopt Ordinance No. ____, approve the publication of the summary and authorize the Mayor to
sign all necessary documents.
