SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council Members have requested the opportunity to review and discuss operations, priorities, and future
activities for each Department in more detail.
Staff has prepared a brief Annual Report for the Public Works, Community and Economic Development,
Clerk’s, and 3% Occupancy Local Option Tax Departments. The Report is intended to serve two purposes:
provide background for the Council and provide an overview of the Department for the public.
Attached are the 2017 Annual Reports.
