SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is a follow-on agreement for Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions, subsequent to the PCMG Office 365
project and services agreement recently approved by Council. Subscriptions provide staff with a wide
variety of desktop applications and hosted services under the Office 365 E3 / E5 Enterprise subscription
plans.
The agreement provided here may subsequently be presented to the City Clerk digitally as a Docusign
package for the Mayor’s electronic signature.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Microsoft Subscription Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement.
