AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION BUDGET THE
SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($860.00) FROM CITY PLAN CASH OPERATING
FUND TO CP-8 (2-21-214) TELEPHONE, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL"; CP-11 (2-24-242)
PUBLICATION OF LEGAL NOTICES, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL"; CP-19 (3-36-363)
OTHER OFFICE SUPPLIES, "SUPPLIES".
WHEREAS, a request has been made by the City Planning Commission of Richmond,
Indiana, to transfer the sum of eight hundred sixty dollars ($860.00) from
the City Plan Cash Operating Fund to CP-8 (2-21-214) Telephone, "Services
Contractual"; CP-11 (2-24-242) Publication of Legal Notices, "Services
Contractual"; CP-19 (3-36-363) Other Office Supplies, "Supplies".
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate
more money for the various functions of the City Government than was
appropriated in the annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions
for the year ending December 31, 1969, the following money is hereby appro-
priated and set apart out of the fund named for the purpose specified. Said
sum being subject to all laws governing the sane. Such amount appropriated
shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the
year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal period there is hereby appropriated from
the City Plan Cash Operating Fund to meet the extraordinary emergency de-
clared to exist.

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations
now have unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose appro-
priated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana that such unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced in
amount as followss and the same is appropriated to the above named item.

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
