AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,875.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE FUND FOR STORM
SEWERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING PREPARED PRELIMINARY DESIGNS FOR CON-
STRUCTION OF STORM SEWERS IN THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS AREAS
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money for the various functions of the city government
than was appropriated in the annual reports
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANAs
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the city government and its institu-
tiogs for the year ending December 31, 1969, the following amount of
money is bereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund named and for
the purppse specified. Said sum being subject to all laws governing the
same. Stich amount appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures
authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. .That for the said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated
from the Cumulative Fund for Storm Sewers, the following specified amount
to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exists

Preparation of Preliminary Designs S 2,875.00 $ 2,875.00
for construction of Storm Sewers
SECTION 3.,4.,This ordinance shall be full force and effect from and after
its passage.and approval, .by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the
State of 'ndiana governing emergency apfsropriations.
