AN ORDINANCE M APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($1,300.00) FROM THE GENERAL RM CASH OPERATING TO CITY COURT BUDGET
ACDAW NO. GENERAL F-4 (1-12-122) SALARY, SPECIAL JUDGES, "SERVICES
PERSONAL".
WHEREAS, a request has been made by the City Court to transfer the sun of
$1300.00 from the General Rind Cash Operating to General F-4 (1-12-122)
Salary, Special Judges, "Services Personal".
WHEREAS, the Hoard of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, aft4r careful study and consideration on the 3rd of July, 1969,
approved theig an ordinance be;prepared for Common Councils consideration
to make the above transfer of funds, and
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate
sore money for the various functions of the City Goverment than was
appropriated in the annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its Institu-
tions for the year ending December 31, 1969, the following money is hereby
appropriated and set apart out of the fund named for the purpose specified.
Said sum being subject to all laws governing the same. Such amount appro-
priated #hall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be node
during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal period there

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations
now have unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose
appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana that such unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced in
amount as follonas and the same is appropriated to the above named item.
General Fund Cash Operating $ 1300.00
SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of
the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
