SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this work session is to discuss a proposal to create leaseholds in the “triangle” area of the
airport. Included are a draft proposal for leasehold creation, estimates of cost and potential sources of
financing.
The Airport Advisory Committee has reviewed this proposal and has endorsed the leasehold sizes and the
concept of the future tenants paying for the infrastructure.
