SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Treasurer met with the PLRWSD Administrator on March 6 to complete a review of the assets transferred to
the PLRWSD. At that time the Treasurer suggested the final transfer of cash be finalized as of the end of March.
Attached for the Council’s review are the final statements for the Sewer Fund, the Balance Sheet, and
Expenditures with Comparison to Budget, for review and approval by the City Council. Pursuant to the
Agreement of Annexation Plan, Property Transfer and Agreement of Operations Subject to Conditions Precedent.
Once the final interest earnings from March are known, a check will be prepared to send to PLRWSD.
