SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Police Department has completed a reorganization and promotional testing. Chief Williams
will present three officers promoting to the new positions with bars and stripes. Those promoting are Dallas
Palmer-Lieutenant, Seth Arrasmith-Sergeant, and Josh Johnson-Corporal.
