SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Avenza software is used to connect ESRI (GIS software) maps with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to
create professionally designed maps. For example, the McCall Area Recreational Trails map was created
using this software by the GIS staff at the City of McCall. This software is also used to make the City maps
available to mobile users via the PDF maps application available on the Google Play Store and iTunes.
The contract is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Avenza Software contract and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
