The attached contract is the same as the one previously adopted for FY17. The agreement will terminate at the end of the fiscal year and be re-negotiated to match the funds to be appropriated for services from TVT in future fiscal years. This item has been added to the upcoming meetings list so it will not be missed during the FY19 budget process. Attached is the McCall TVT Contract. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the request of the Treasure Valley Transit (TVT) Annual Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION MEETING DATE ACTION December 15, 2016 City Council directed staff to make changes to the draft agreement and bring back for consideration of the Council.
