SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicants, Chad and Bob Moffat, have applied for a Conditional Use Permit application to convert an existing single family home into two townhome units located at 908 Fairway Dr.,
within the Timberlost Subdivision. HOA approval has been provided for the application.
The single family home was built with two living spaces connected by a bonus room. They have since completed construction of a firewall in the bonus room, creating two separate residences,
and have received a Certificate of Occupancy from the McCall Building Official.
The applicants have also applied for a record of survey to divide their parcel into two lots, following the shared wall. A shared wall agreement has been recorded.
During their regularly scheduled April 3, 2018 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended Conditional
Use Permit application CUP-18-03 to the City Council for approval. The Commission also approved the associated Record of Survey application ROS-18-11.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve conditional use permit application CUP-18-03 as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
