SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Clerk’s Office has identified 19 boxes of documents that have exceeded the retention time limits established by the City’s records management policy. Resolution 18-10 will authorize
the City Clerk to destroy the identified records of no historical significance.
Attached is Resolution 18-10 and Exhibit A – Box Contents for Destruction.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 18-10 allowing the destruction of documents and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
