SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In 2016, Idaho State Parks and Recreation and Valley County Sherriff’s Office requested that the City of McCall identify its intent to collaborate on 4th of July event policies in McCall
City Parks within a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The current MOU is attached.
The intent of this agenda bill is to provide an update regarding the active inter-agency MOU and to discuss with Council a proposal to extend this agreement for two additional years.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direction to staff on whether to amend the MOU with IDPR to extend for two more years and bring back for approval.
