SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Shore Lodge Whitetail LLC Subdivision Final Plat and Development Agreement applications to create a new thirty-nine (39) unit subdivision with seventeen (17) two-unit townhomes (thirty-four
units) and five (5) large estate lots. The Final Plat is in substantial conformance with the Preliminary Plat, with minor modifications to the open space and parcel boundaries.
At its May 1, 2018 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing and recommended the Subdivision Final Plat Application and associated Development Agreement
for approval to City Council.
Staff Report, draft Findings of Fact document, Development Agreement, and application materials are attached. No public comments have been received to date.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hold the public hearing.
Approve Subdivision Final Plat application SUB-18-02 as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
Approve Fairways at Whitetail Club Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
