SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant, Shore Lodge Whitetail LLC, has applied for Planned Unit Development Final Plan and Subdivision Final Plat applications to create a new seven (7) unit subdivision and planned
unit development adjacent to Timbercrest Subdivision. The final plan and plat are in substantial conformance with the preliminary and general plans.
The applicant does not request any relaxations of the McCall City Code as part of the PUD. The developer proposes to complete all improvements prior to execution of the final subdivision
plat, so a development agreement is not necessary.
At its May 1, 2018 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended the Subdivision Final Plat Application and Planned Unit Development Final Plan Application
for approval to City Council.
Staff Report, draft Findings of Fact documents, and application materials are attached. No public comments have been received to date.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Planned Unit Development Final Plan application PUD-18-02 as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
Approve Subdivision Final Plat application SUB-18-03 as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
