SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall has a lease agreement with Scott and Shawna Johnson for a single lot located at 1539 McCall Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson are selling this home to Jessica A. Newell
and Logan M. Bonnesen. Accordingly, Ms. Newell and Mr. Bonnesen will assume the land lease for Lot 3.
The lease transfer fee to be paid at closing by the Johnsons is $2,500. Ms. Newell and Mr. Bonnesen are considered “qualified buyers” and will live in the home located at 1539 McCall
Avenue.
Attached are the Assignment of Lease and Consent to Encumbrance documents.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the transfer of the land lease for Greystone Village #3, Lot 3, Block 3, from Scott and Shawna Johnson to Jessica A. Newell and Logan M. Bonnesen; consent to allow Jessica
A. Newell and Logan M. Bonnesen to encumber their interest in 1539 McCall Avenue, McCall, Idaho; and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
