Attachments: Memo to Council Resolution 16-08 and Capital Asset Management Policy 5 Year CIP Procedures CIP Scoring Instructions & Criteria Draft prioritized 5-year CIP from CIP Committee process FY19 CIP Worksheets  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discussion and feedback by Council.
