During the work shop for the funding applicants, there were some concerns with how the process has been done in the past and how it will continue into the future. Staff has developed the attached memo to assist the Council with working through some process details.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve criteria and guidelines to assist the LOT Commission when determining which projects should receive LOT funding.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION
