AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF EXCESS FFICE SPACE
IN THE THOMAS J. DEVERIN COMMU ITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the Borough as excess office space available ithin the Thomas 1. Deverin
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, several County. State, and/or Fed ral Govemment Elected
Representative(s), representing the Borough of Cmieret, an lor Agencies have expressed
an interest in utilizing said space in the service of their res ective constituents, many of
whom are residents of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor of Council are desirous of permitting the use of the
aforementioned office space for the benefit and assistance 0 Borough residents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayo and Council of the Borough
of Carteret
I. That the Mayor is hereby authorized 0 execute any and all lease
agreements with the respective Cou ty, State, and or Federal
Government Elected Representative(s), representing the Borough of
Carteret, and/or agencies for the use d occupancy of any excess
office space within the Thomas 1. Dev rin Community Center, even
should the same not provide any dire t monetary payment to the
Borough for said space.
2. The appropriate Borough Officials are
to take any all action necessary
