Case No. 69-14 (,U) ORDINANCE NO. 2440-1969 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA APPROVED JUNE 3. 1968 BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indian, as follows: SECTION 1. As provided in Article 20, Section 20.021 and Articl+2 48 of Ordinance 2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described real estate is allowed as a Special Use to -wit: Planned Unit Development to be located at 2230 Chester Blvd , Richmond, Indiana. Being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) West in the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows& Beginning at a point in the north line of said quait�!r seven hundred fifty-five (755) feet west of the:n'orthsasi corner of said quarter, and running thence west, along said north line, eight hundred eighty-nine and thirty- nine hundredths (889.39) feet; thence south, parallel to the east line of said quarter, eight hundred seve11ty- four and sixty-six hundredths (874.66) feet; thence nortl eighty-nine (89) degrees and fifty-nine (59) minutes ras•.. one thousand one hundred ninety-six and thirty-nine hundredths (1196.39) feet; thence north two hundred 'L0`: %apt; thence'r3orth eighty-nine (89) degrees and fifty- (59) minutes east two hundred eight (208) feet; thence south two hundred (200) feet; thence north eighty.- •ni'ne (89) degrees/and fifty-nine (59) minutes east two hundred forty (240) feet to the east line of said quarce_c:; ''thence north, along said east line, four hundred forty- eight and seventeen hundreds (448.17) feet; thence west, parallel to the north line of said quarter, seven hundrec fifty-five (765) feet; thence north, parallel to the eas-: line of said quarter, four hundred twenty-six (426) feet to the placerof beginning, containing an area of twenty- four and sixty-seven hundredths (24.67) acres. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment and publi- cation of this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment of the use herein allowed.
