AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE AIRPORT BUDGET THE SUr
OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) FROM MA-20 (3-32-323)
TIRES AND TUBES, "SUPPLIES" TO MA-9 (2-22-221) ELECTRIC
CURRENT, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL".
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that
it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the
various fundtions of the city government than was appro-
priated in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that for the expenses of the
City government and its institutions for the year ending
December 31, 196f, the following amount of money is hereb;
appropriated and
n set apart out of the fund named and for
the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to all
laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall'.
be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made
during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby
appropriated the following specified amount to meet the
extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist:

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain ex:ist.oc-
