A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ' OF LYNWOOD
APPOINTING WILLDAN & ASSOCIATES AS INTERIM CITY SURVEYOR FOR THE
SUBDIVISION PLAN CHECK OF' PARCEL MAP NO. 70506 ~:..
WHEREAS, the construction of phase 1 is complete and the Parcel Map is
riady for staff's review; and .
~ WHEREAS,. the City is required to consolidate several Lots as part of the
development of the park and the proper instrument is through a parcel map; and

WHEREAS, the Engineering firm of Willdan & Associates has the knowledge
and experience to provide the type of services that the City is seeking; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood appoints Willdan &
Associates as interim City surveyor for Parcel Map no. 70506.

Section 2. The total cost is $2,500 and is funded from the Yvonne Burke-John
D,. Ham Park account number 4011.67.945.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The Cit Clerk shall certif as to the ado tion of this Cit Council
