A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY `OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT-~ . MMONTH-TO-MONTH
AGREEMENT WITH ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ~~ ` COOPERATIVE,
INCORPERATED, (DBA) FIESTA TAXI FOR THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORTAION
SERVICES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE DISABLED THROUGH April 30, 2009
WHEREAS, the term of`the current Month to Month agreement will expire as of
December, 31, 2009; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to have Administrative Service
Cooperative, Inc. (DBA) Fiesta Taxi to continue performing the services provided by the
Contract on a month to month basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY FIND, ORDER,. AND
:RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Contract is hereby amended to extend the term of the
agreement on a month-to-month basis ending April 30, 2009. Pursuant to a form of the
amendment approved by the City Attorney.
Section 2. All other.provisions of the existing agreement remain in
force. ~ "
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon it
adoption.
