DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO THE
ST. JOSEPH H.S.A.
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
tbe Borough of Carteret by St. Joseph H.S.A.; and
WHEREAS, it appears tbat the applicants arc qualified to be licensed and tbe
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona lide members
ofthe applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have signified that the games win be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal CJcrk is hereby
authOlized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor amI Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Conunission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting held on
December 19. 2006
