RESOLUTION NO. 02 -4109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DENYING A REQUEST BY PHILLIP BERRES FOR A ZONE
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A THREE -CAR GARAGE MEASURING 18 FEET
IN HEIGHT (INSTEAD OF THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 15 FEET). THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE SINGLE FAMILY (R -1)
RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council and
information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning Commission minutes;
and based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the Cfty Council on August 20, 2002,
the City Council hereby denies the Zone Variance based upon the findings set forth in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 02- 2020PC.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, Zone Variance 02 -1500 is denied.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2002.
